Founder & Academic Director
Frank was educated internationally and completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Cambridge. Following a career in investment banking, his academic and analytical training shaped a strong commitment to disciplined thinking and structured intellectual development.
Drawing on years of engagement with students across diverse academic systems, he established Maxwell College to bridge aspiration with academic method — cultivating clarity, independence, and intellectual confidence.
Our Philosophy
We believe education is not defined by scale, but by structure and seriousness of thought.
Intellectual confidence is cultivated through disciplined enquiry, clarity of reasoning, and meaningful academic dialogue. Rather than focusing solely on outcomes, we emphasise the development of habits of mind — independence, analytical depth, and reflective judgement — that extend beyond the classroom. Inspired by Cambridge’s collegiate tradition, Maxwell seeks to foster a focused and intellectually respectful learning environment.
Academic Direction
Maxwell College is guided by academic direction that ensures coherence, progression, and intellectual integrity across all programmes.
Programmes are delivered in collaboration with experienced educators engaged on a programme basis, allowing subject expertise and academic oversight while maintaining a focused and flexible institutional structure.
We remain committed to recognised UK academic standards and the cultivation of disciplined, thoughtful enquiry.
Clarity of thought is developed through structured reasoning, sustained enquiry, and careful analysis.
Learning flourishes in an environment shaped by dialogue, independence, and academic respect.
We maintain intellectual honesty, seriousness of purpose, and recognised UK academic expectations.
